My Favourite Protein Smoothies

Hope you’re all having a good week! If not, then don’t worry. Friday tomorrow 🙂

I have a protein smoothie at least once a week on my high carb days and I love them. I make them first thing in the morning, pop them in the fridge then grab it before I head out of the door for work. The beauty about smoothies is that they are quick and easy to make, and you can put anything in them that you want! If you have some left over fruit or veg that needs using up, you can throw it all together with a scoop of protein shake, and it will make a delicious high protein breakfast.

All of my smoothies used to be full of sugar and fruit which is great but I wanted a change, especially if I was trying to cut down on the amount of sugar I was consuming. I have 3 recipes that I make regularly, and are my absolute favourites 🙂 all high in protein, have healthy fats and natural sugar.
