2015. Bring It On…

Happy New Year everyone!

I hope you all had a great night last night seeing 2015 in!

I can’t believe how quickly this year has gone. I remember this time last year signing up to the gym, not knowing what I was doing or what I wanted to achieve. Looking back at 2014 I think it’s been a really good one. I decided my only aim was to become a healthier person & I believe I have achieved that, and so much more.

I’ve got 3 weeks left until I fly off to Sydney for my holiday, and throughout Christmas I have stayed as healthy as I possibly can. I had Christmas Day & Boxing Day off so I was able to enjoy Christmas food. But as soon as Boxing Day was over, I was back in the gym and eating clean again. For the next 3 weeks, I’m going to have the most boring diet 😦 Boiled Chicken & vegetables everyday! But if I want to achieve a little toned tummy then that’s what I’m gonna do! Can’t wait to get over to Australia and eat fresh amazing food. I’m going to try and maintain my diet as well as I can. I aim to go running in the morning along the beach & do body weight exercises to keep toned.

I’ve been having a think about what I want to achieve in 2015. I want to continue doing what i’m doing, eating clean and training hard to get the body I have always wanted. Another goal for 2015 is to do more protein baking! I want to try and create more low carb treats that I can enjoy on my diet without feeling guilty. As soon as I have some new creations, I will share them with you!

The 5th January is my measurement day, so I’m hoping that I would have lost at little bit more weight around the tummy area. I’ll keep you updated! I’m going to keep doing my measurement days on the 5th of every month, to see if I am progressing how I want to. I think it’s really important to keep the momentum going throughout Christmas & the New Year. I know it’s hard to just go off track and indulge in so much naughty foods, but I’ve really tried to restrict myself and enjoy what I do have.

What goals have you set for yourself for 2015? Feel free to share them with me!

I hope you all have a healthy & happy 2015 ❤

Lots of Love, Beki xx
