White Chocolate & Blackberry Protein Bites!

Hello there lovely people & welcome to spring

(although the weather clearly has a different idea as usual)

I have for you today, a super easy, delicious & healthy recipe in the form of white chocolate, blackberry and acai protein bites! 🙂

Packed full of:

-Healthy Fats

-Antioxidants

-Protein

-Vitamins & Minerals

-But most importantly… FLAVOUR 😉

so shall we get started?

Ingredients to make 8:

120g White Chocolate Pavlova Hognuts Peanut Butter

80g Lucy Bee Coconut Oil

100g White Chocolate Muscle Mousse ***

30g Natvia Sweetener 

20g Kaizen Living Acai Berry Powder 

40g Sukrin Coconut Flour

Approx 50ml Almond Milk

8 large Blackberries

Now I know what you’re thinking…  a lot of people find Muscle Mousse quite ‘chemically’ tasting and definitely has an acquired taste. Personally, I agree and that’s why I never eat it without adding things to sweeten it. I promise you, it tases so good masked with the sweetener & peanut butter, just trust me on this 😉 )  It makes it more macro friendly plus adds a hint of white-chocolately-sweetness! 😛  

Method:

1.Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl

2.Heat together the coconut oil and peanut butter for about 20 seconds in the microwave then pour onto the dry ingredients

3.Gently add the milk a little bit at a time, you want to achieve a thick ‘fudge’ like consistency

4.Pour into silicone moulds, top with blackberries then pop in the freezer for 15 minutes

5.Remove and devour! 🙂

***You could sub the Muscle Mousse for vanilla/ white chocolate casein if you’re not convinced. Alternatively, whey would work too but you’ll need less almond milk 🙂
