I. Love. Cookies. Yup – there I said it! I loooooove cookies. Oatmeal and raisin cookies have always been my favourite! So I thought it was about time to try and mix up the traditional oatmeal and raisin cookie, and turn it into a protein packed one! Not going to lie, these are delicious!! And SO easy to make 🙂
Ingredients (10/12 Cookies) –
100g Nuts n More Cinnamon & Raisin Almond Butter
110g Meridian Smooth Peanut Butter
45g Gluten Free Oats
30g Vanilla Cinnaswirl Efectiv Nutrition Dessert Whey
70g Raw Honey
Handful Raisins
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Egg
Method –
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment
2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
3. Once the ingredients have been combined, spoon the mixture onto the baking tray to make 10-12 cookie dough balls
5. Place the cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until they start to turn golden brown
6. Once they are cooked, take them out of the oven and leave to cool
7. Store in an air tight container for up to 5 days and enjoy! OR – eat them like I do, fresh out of the oven ❤
Crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle, just how a cookie should be in my eyes. A super simple and delicious recipe that takes 15 minutes! It’s a favourite in my household ❤
