Happy Easter you beautiful lot!! πŸ™‚

I have been itching to share this recipe with you for so long now and i’ve been saving it especially for Easter weekend πŸ˜€ I’m so excited to reveal how easy and effective it is to create this that I think i’m just going to get straight into it!

The recipe is refined sugar free, a totally healthy & easy no bake creation that takes no time at all (obviously the bunnies on top are shop bought but hey- it’s Easter and life is all about balance right??) πŸ™‚

Let’s begin πŸ˜€

Ingredients (makes 5):

For the ‘Malteaser layer’

50g finely ground almonds

40g fine oat bran

40g coconut oil (I use Lucy Bee)

For the ‘Chocolate Salted caramel layer’

60g Hognuts chocolate salted caramel

4 squares of Cocoa Plus chocolate (you can use any dark chocolate)

For the ‘Peanut layer’

50g Sukrin peanut flour

10g Natvia sweetener

30ml water

For the ‘chocolate layer’

7 squares of Cocoa plus chocolate (again, can use any chocolate here)

Pack of mini malteaster bunnies (optional but way more fun if you ask me πŸ˜‰ )

Method:Β

1.Start by making the base, melt the coconut oil and mix with the oat bran and almonds. Pop into silicone moulds then allow to set in the freezer for 15 minutes.

2.Melt together your cocoa plus squares with the Hognuts salted caramel chocolate peanut butter- remove the moulds from the freezer to divide this mix evenly between the 5 cups then pop back in the freezer to set for 15 minutes.

3.Mix together your peanut flour, sweetener and water- you can make this layer as thick as you like, simply adjust how much water you use. Divide the mixture evenly between the 5 cups then pop back in the freezer for a further 15 minutes.

4. Finally, melt your cocoa plus chocolate squares, remove the cups from the freezer and divide the melted chocolate between them. Add your optional toppings (Bunnies, sprinkles etc) Then allow to set for a further 10 minutes.

5.Remove, Devour and have a fabulous Easter πŸ˜€

Told you it was super easy didn’t I? πŸ˜€

Hope you love this recipe, stay tuned for ANOTHER Easter recipe we’ve got in store for you all coming very very soon πŸ™‚

Have a lovely weekend all!

Lots of Bunny Love,

Vee
