White Chocolate Birthday Cake Crispies


White Chocolate glazed, Birthday cake Peanut butter & Marshmallow Crispies!



Good evening you beautiful lot 🙂

It’s a busy time of year for everyone at the moment so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to share with you the easiest recipe EVER– plus I have been teasing you with photos and video’s for a while now 😉

Who remembers those rice crispie ‘square’ bars? Well thats exactly what i’ve tried to re-create here except a totally guilt & sugar-free version! 😀

They literally have the exact time consistency as the shop bought bars and taste a million times nicer thanks to the Birthday Cake Hognuts Peanut Butter that’s gone into them.

You literally need a handful of ingredients too and virtually 5 minutes (the perfect study or work break if you ask me!)


So all you’ll need is..


Ingredients to make 4 large bars:

-150g Rice puffs (regular rice crispies would also work)

-100g Hognuts Birthday Cake Peanut Butter (The CSN exclusive!)

-15g Coconut oil (I use LucyBee)

-4 Large SF Marshmallows (I use  La Nouba from CSN– regular marshmallows would work too!)

-150g SF White Chocolate (I used this much but 100g is probably plently!)

-Toppings of choice- I used sprinkles and mini marshmallows


1-In the microwave, melt together the coconut oil and peanut butter (it will only need about 30 seconds)
2-Cut the marshmallows then stir them through the coconut oil and peanut butter
3-Pop it in the microwave for a few seconds till melted, keep an eye on the mixture stirring regularly (this will depend on the strength of your microwave

4-Add the puffs to a mixing bowl and stir through the peanut butter mixture
5-Press down into a non-stick tin and pop in the fridge for an hour
6-Remove, cover in melted white chocolate, add your sprinkles then pop back in the fridge to set
7-Slice up and devour 😛

See, I told you it was guilt free and totally easy! 🙂
